"This was my first appointment with this place . Firstly, I made an appointment and when I got there no one was there I called the office and they said very rudely that my Appointment was for a different day so that was strike number one. I showed up on time for a 1230P appointment and they took x-rays this was for a cleaning and my first time there. then they said the doctor would be right with me and go sit outside. After sitting outside for 20 minutes I said what’s going on here and they said oh the doctor will be a few more minutes. After another 15 minutes they called me back inside to the chair in there I waited for 40 minutes. Then they came back and said the doctor was stuck on the Merritt Parkway. That was strike 2. I should’ve gotten up and just left the office, but I waited. The doctor finally came in and i questioned what he had just done in 7 minutes!!He said he did my exam and cleaned my teeth and I looked at him and said “are you kidding me “ and he looked back at me and said no I’m not. After waiting one hour and a half hours he took exactly 7 minutes to do my exam and clean my teeth. What kind of dentist does this to a new patient? I was floored at what just happened to me! Strike 3! Please if you’re looking for a dentist PLEASE DONOT COME HERE! THIS DENTAL GROUP IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!! STAY AWAY If there were no star that is what I would give"
