"Honestly, I am a little upset to give this place a 1 star because the service was really nice. HOWEVER, their billing service and billing transparency is absolutely horrible. They led me to believe that they accepted my insurance (which they do not because I found out I am out of network), and they were careless about sending the proper documentation to my insurance. So, I ended up paying for EVERYTHING out of pocket. What was the point of breaking down my bill with the insurance's portion if ya'll knew I was going to have to pay out of pocket. Like any corporation, they just want your money. Anyways, one of the doctor charges $150 for a consultation - do what you will with that info."

"I had deleted a previous review from a few months ago, but I felt like I had to share everything. This place is very pushy with crowns and unnecessary dental procedures (see the other reviews for more stories about this). I got two crowns placed in, turns out I didn't need them, and then when the crowns were causing me issues (and still are) the dentist refused to see me because of my previous review. Per the request of the company, I deleted the review in hopes I would be seen and my discomfort relieved but I was denied again, with no resolutions offered to the pain I was in. I found another dentist in the White Plains area that I love and they comforted me and put up with my tears after I explained the emotional distress this place caused me and how I became scared of the dentist. If you want a dentist that offers you expensive solutions (that you sometimes don't even need) in a fancy office, by all means go for this place. But you can find better, honest, quality work somewhere else. I will give them one positive - after I was told that the crowns would be a "one day procedure" (it isn't and they did it anyways), the dentist stayed late to put the two crowns in AFTER he ruined my teeth for no reason and didn't say anything regarding this. I had explicitly expressed that I cannot do another appointment, so they did the first part of the procedure and said I had to come back AFTER I told the front desk and the dentist that I couldn't come back for months. So, he did stay late - kudos. I'm sure the dental group will respond saying how they're sorry about this, and how it will be resolved. I tried that months ago when I deleted my review and begged for help. They are no help and will just try to cover their own selves. Take my review with a grain of salt, I am one person who had a terrible experience out of several who haven't. Make your own opinions, but take mine as a warning. Always get a second opinion!"

"Very good dentist and hygienist, but the most unprofessional front office I've ever dealt with. I showed up for my first Invisalign appointment and was told in the office my appointment was canceled and sent home. Office didn't follow up with me so I had to chase them down for 2 weeks to get answers - excuse after excuse. I decided not to proceed with the treatment due to this and they pocketed my $1500 deposit despite their incompetence and never going to a single appointment. They won't even show me what the $1500 was spent on. It's been over a month and still get invoices for the full amount of treatment despite being told the deposit covered all existing expenses. Frustrated on so many levels and would suggest you look for a more honest dental staff that does right by their patients."

"All of the staff is lovely, responsive and professional. I had one of the best cleanings, thanks to Marisa! I really appreciate the level of care and attentiveness from her and Dr. Calian. It’s very reassuring and feels nice to know that I’m in good hands here. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and grateful that I found a great dental office to align with. Thank you!!"
