"Do yourself a favor and find yourself another dentist. One who is capable and one who cares. 1. During my wisdom tooth extraction which was incredibly uncomfortable and painful she laughed when I grimaced in pain 2. I called the office later in the evening to report my discomfort and although they did see me on An emergency basis she said several times “ lose my number. I need to change my number “ sarcastically making me feel like she did not want me as a patient. 3. After the wisdom tooth extraction I had severe level 10 pain w massive headaches and asked them to renew my pain meds, and despite my insurance authorization she flat out refused. Even though I gave them the phone number and approval code. I called her after hours to discuss. She never returned my call. I left several Messages. She never called 4. They had referred me to a horrible man, a Dr Mastro oral surgeon who did additional X-rays abd revealed that she never should have drilled into the adjoining tooth to put the filling ( next to the Wisdom) because she nicked the nerve and inflamed it causing me severe pain I called her again but they seeing my phone number on caller ID did not pick up 4c. I then blocked my number and then they picked up. I explained to the receptionist the situation and she said that the Dr refused to renew my prescription pain meds ( she said to use warm water and gargle ) and further refused to return my calls. I texted her that I was in severe pain and needed help and she ignored me. Now the world knows the truth about the highly unethical behavior of Lucia Lombardi. Do not use her services. PS after reading my review she spitefully actually called the police on me. ! No exaggeration here."
