"I brought my dog here. Halfway through her appointment I get a call that she had ticks that had to get removed and that she was given an ointment & that there will be a $20 up charged for the removal and “ medical “ given to her. I didn’t have a problem with that so I allowed it. She gets picked up when she arrives home’ there’s a Visible tick sitting right on her ear. I’m not sure why I was charged almost $120 for groom and for a suppose tick removal and my dog still has ticks. I don’t seem to understand. I don’t mind paying a fee for a job well done. But having to now bring my dog else where and spend more money on something that I already thought I paid them to do is not only stressful but could be painful for my dog. . to top it off I call the the place and they were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and inconsiderate of the situation. Only worried about how much money they are making and don’t really care for the actual job that was done."
