"I had been going to Dr. Deleonardo for years. Recently, I had an insurance change and called to confirm it would be accepted. I was told it would be as they were not taking that insurance for new patients, however, I was an existing patient. I received my new card and called to make an appointment and was refused service. The office manager was extremely rude, said she's the manager and whoever gave me that information was wrong. I asked her that we would just be treated like this and dropped and ahe basically hung up on me. I am very appalled after years of going there, we would be treated this way. With a plethora of options out there today, thos office needs a lesson in customer service."
