Reviews of Dr. Ronald J. Klinkowize, DMD
"This was hands down the cleanest, friendliest, and Most efficient Dental Office that I have ever visited. The office is extremely clean and organized. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly including the assistant Linda. Dr. Moriarty is very proficient in her work. I would highly recommend this Dental Office."
"I am writing in hopes of explaining my story so that this dentist may be further reviewed and future patients may not be impacted in the capacity that I was. My dentist information is as follows: I began seeing Dr. K in 2012. In 2012 I started completing my cleanings there and did an extraction. Dr. K recommended Dr. Michael Sonic to complete oral surgery on my gums and have implants put in. Fast forward to 2014 Dr. K was responsible for making my removable dentures using my 9 implants. He made the 1st set of dentures which took 2 years to complete. After the first set of dentures was completed I began to experience a very traumatic situation where my dentures would break every 2-3 weeks. This process lasted for 5 years. In the 5 years that Dr. K continued to serve me he cancelled 95 appointments that we had made using the reasoning that the lab didn’t get to him in time. I consistently needed to change my work schedule since majority of the appointments were cancelled same day. I continued to missed work days when the denture would break again at unexpected times. I experienced terrible family vacations where I could not eat because my denture broke again. I asked Dr. K why this continued to happen he couldn’t give me a clear answer. He would assure me that he’s going to correct it next time and explain how he’s going to send it to the lab and what I can expect. I would attend the visit remembering my expectations and the narrative would be entirely different and yet again the blame was the lab. It’s important to note that Dr. K shared with me that he’s changed 3 labs throughout the time I’ve known him. The first extra set of dentures that were made for me as back up were made 1 day before I was traveling as an emergency. The 2nd set of extra back up dentures he made for me were 3 years after and it was the day that I was traveling. Dr. K would feel comfortable to complete the work right up to the most stressful day for me. Furthermore, these extra sets did not fit properly and the quality was notably lower, I had difficulty eating and enjoying day to day activities. I continued to experience the same problems over and over again even after this. There many circumstances where I would visit Dr. K’s office to drop off the dentures and he would assure me that he was going to submit them to the lab. I would return 2-3 weeks later to review and the denture would be in the same exact condition it was when I dropped it off. Throughout this process I felt obligated to continue to visit Dr. K since I had paid him over $13,000 I did not have the means to start this process over again with another dentist. Additionally, as most patients, in the beginning I trusted that Dr. K had my best interest at heart. I referred my family to him and they began to see him. As the years went on I started to lose trust and gain frustration and sadness and felt trapped in my choices due to my financial situation. Dr. K does not emphasize with patients, he’s robbed me of time and he’s taken a substantial amount of money from and has not completed work within the relative quality and timeline of dentists in the area. I highly recommend that patients take caution before attending his practice. I have included images of the horrific experience I went through with Dr. K throughout these 5 years. You can see the botched work that was used to put them back together both through merge and simply adding more material to combine them together."
