"From the first visit, I felt comfortable. The greeting I received at the front desk was both professional and friendly. The assistants were equally friendly and made me feel at ease. The office is clean and infection control protocol is followed. Dr. Kaur is amazing! Straightforward about treatment planning, informative about the newest procedures possible, and honest about what could be done in my situation. Financial arrangements offered many affordable options, and were explained patiently with all questions answered. When it came to procedure day, Dr. Kaur was painless, skilled and compassionate. I am so pleased with my whole experience here."

"This dentist office used to be really good, they used to have the best staff. Now staff is 100% different and they’re terrible. Firstly, they rescheduled my appointment three times, each time notifying me only one day in advance. When i finally go in for my appointment, they call me in an hour and fifteen minutes late. They take x-rays and then tell me to come back in two hours for the cleaning. I’ve never heard of a dentist office doing this before but I did it because I didn’t know what else to do. I’m not sure who has time in their day to split up the services of one appointment throughout the day at different times. Then, they charged me for x-rays that my insurance covered. I paid because they said if they found out later that insurance covered it they would refund me. They said they would get back to me that same day. Well now it’s been months and I even went back in person to inquire about it with the dentist assuring me someone would get back to me and still nothing. I had to dispute the charge. Avoid this place at all costs. A disaster."
