"Had my first appointment today and I was impressed with every single person in that office. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They go through everything thoroughly and not once did I ever feel judged. They even helped with financing. I am usually not a fan of the dentist but I am a huge fan of Aspen dental in Auburn Massachusetts. Highly recommend. Will be taking my family here from now on and I live in CT."

"This place is criminal, staff openly flirting with each other, not 1 professional in the building. All laughing carrying on with themselves like it’s a social club Walls are dirty like a school with holes all over the drywall put me in a room for x-rays on an archaic x-ray machine. Tried to oversell me on everything down to a toothbrush my Phillips was not good enough I needed to buy there oral b so they told me. Dentist comes in sees I have no pain while using a spiked instrument to make pain to the point she stabbed directly into the middle of my tooth and made my whole head shake from her jerking motion still told her I have no pain but insisted I needed a filling just treated me as a dollar sign attempting to squeeze every penny they can out of you long story short they wanted to charge $7,000 and after insurance still $4,000 out of pocket for a deep cleaning and 5 fillings and the fillings were only priced at 37$ each. How they do math and charge for things in that building is beyond me needless to say I found another dentist right down the street in the next town over that stated I only needed 1 filling and a deep cleaning aspen wanted to drill and fill 4 more holes in my teeth for nothing and before insurance with the new and better dentist office it would be $3,900 before insurance right around $2,000 out of pocket. Make sure you do your research look at all the other one star horror story’s this place has created. Leaving people without teeth for months and not getting back to fix customers botched surgery’s The sad thing is the owner is in on this building full of scammers as well! They are trained to lie and put fear in you on top of lie to you to make stupid financial decisions and the gums specialist she smelled so horrid I can never get that smell out of my nose. Take care of yourselves a real local looking out for auburn. Update: I just received a disrespectful phone-call from Megan or the person you see at the end when discussing pricing just now she didn’t care about my concerns they didn’t care to fix anything or even address the issue they just wanted to tell me hey you didn’t say anything while you were here and they were just concerned about the 1 star review and told me when discussing price you never mentioned it was so expensive…..so does that mean you start adjusting your inflated pricing by the reaction of the customer??? Just seems to further prove my point and then she let me know that she won’t be losing any sleep over this situation like I said before auburn stay away from this place on a good note she did say for me to have a good rest of my day"

"Longtime patient and they have handled my dental needs whether regular maintenance or a root canal. They brought in an oral surgeon to help out and the whole thing went like clockwork. My regular maintenance is done by Meilee and she is serious about cleanings but never causes me any pain. Everyone is very nice and i wouldn't go anywhere else."

"Contacted Aspen dental for a dental emergency (broken tooth, severe pain) when my own personal dentist was away. They were able to fit me in immediately and address the issue. Seriously, they were amazing. They were very compassionate and accommodating."
