In an attempt to be brief it was recommended that I come in immediately when I explained my concerns making a routine appointment request despite their overwhelming work load. "I called as a potential new patient because I had heard such good things about Dr. Faustini. However the receptionist, (not sure which if there are multiple) but it was an older woman, was BEYOND rude and condescending. Singlehandedly cost their practice a new patient based solely on her attitude from the second she picked up the phone- and I have a feeling I'm not the first. Made me question the practice as a whole, seeing as they are willing to employ somebody with such a horrible attitude."
