"Don't let the poor reviews scare you, they seem like especially complicated issues where there isn't a simple outcome. I, myself have some serious ongoing issues where I wasn't having success with other offices. Plainfield Dental is the only place I've felt cared about and my issues taken seriously instead of being put on the back burner. All the staff at front desk, especially Heather, are AWESOME, and genuinely want to assist me with my problems. The Doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and have been working with me to resolve everything permanently. The biggest aspect I appreciate is being able to call daily and book someone else's cancellation. I've never had to call more than 2 or 3 days, usually only 1 day, to get in . That is a LIFESAVER when you're dealing with tooth/mouth pain. I've always felt respected here and make sure to show the staff respect because they work super hard. Not many offices accept state insurance so I can only imagine how overbooked they are. Thanks again for all that you do, Plainfield Dental!"

"Had my teeth pulled told them how previously another dental place had to put something on to stop bleeding they did not listen 4 and 1\2 hours later still bleeding had to go to hospital to get it to stop. They do not listen to clients about past problems. My honest choice would be -5 stars."

"They don't even deserve 1 star. My experience from beginning to end was inadequate. I hadn't seen a dentist for almost 6 years before I went here and told them that. I feel like because I said that he took advantage of it. The dentist told me I had 11 cavities which I couldn't believe because I've always taken really good care of my teeth especially with having braces. He never showed me my x-rays or showed me where the cavities were. He had the desk price out how much to have them all filled, which was well over $1,300. I had such a bad feeling from my experience that I made another appointment with a different dentist to get a second opinion. After seeing another dentist I found out I only had 2 very small cavities which only ended up costing about $140 to get filled. Plainfield Dental lacks good morals, intentions, professionalism, technology and apparently education. If you want to be given lies about your oral health and have them pointlessly drill into your perfectly healthy teeth for their profit then go here. Otherwise I would recommend going elsewhere!"

"My daughter and I have been goin here for a few years now... we love it.. my dentist enjoys her work, she really great at it, kind understanding and makes your needs important,which was amazing and a breath of fresh air.. and the staff is always friendly knowledgeable and kind, and take time to help in anyway and they have a great work ethic..
