"This office is amazing! I came after a terrible experience at a different office and was beyond pleased with my experience. Every member of the staff tries hard to make sure you are comfortable and happy! Emily at the front desk was gracious of enough to give me advice to seek treatment at this facility and it was the best advice. The orthodontist Dr Fogge was honest and gave me several different options for care. He didn’t push any treatment and weighed all options. His assistant that took care of me, was amazing as well. Warm and caring, she walked me through how to take care of my clear aligners once I begin them. Dominque, the woman who cared enough to sit down and call my insurance company to ensure I was receiving coverage for my orthodontist treatment… was beyond amazing!! Due to her diligence and love for the patients at KDC, she not only was able to call the insurance company but also was able to get them to cover my cost of my clear aligners. The enthusiasm and happiness that reigned from her, made me feel like I was cared for and just not another patient. I am so happy that I made an appointment."

"My Dental hygienist Sarah was kind, thorough and gentle. Melissa gave me the grand tour of the new facility. It’s clean , beautiful and very up to date. The in-house crown creation machine was very impressive. The entire staff is very friendly. It’s a really positive environment. I highly recommend the practice!"

"I have been coming to Dr. Sheffield as my dentist for something like 35 years now. I have never given a feedback response to a request for a rating review, but I think it's way overdue. I have always felt that I've gotten the most compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and professional care in the Killingly office from Dr. Sheffield and EVERYONE in the whole array of people who are part of the team that I have had the pleasure to know over the years. The hygienists, the dental assistants, the office staff. I have never had a negative feeling about a single one of them. Everyone has been great. It has always been a positive experience at every level, even when I had to have dental work for problems that I was dismayed to have. Now the whole place is buzzing with new life, additional people, additional doctors, and a whole new floor plan following growth. Way to go Killingly Dental... here's to another 35 years."
