"Had a bad experience with a past dentist office so I was super anxious going in. I had no reason to be. All of the staff was super professional and accommodating and I was in and out of my first appointment with a set date for my next. Pricing is a little high but was able to get financing with no problem and I’m able to get my next appointment quickly. Highly recommend."

"Excellent place to have dentures made and very reasonable in price also. I had Christien that worked with me. Very nice and also polite and made sure he satisfied all my needs for my new denture. Dr Sood is an excellent doctor. She explains everything to what they will be doing. The receptionists are very nice in taking care of your needs and explains what your insurance covers. "My Apple Watch revealed a doubled heart rate moments after entering. It was a reflection of past negative experiences at dentists before and anxiety over my current dental dilemma. I was greeted warmly and professionally. The first person that did my x-rays- he was understanding of my anxiety and reassuring. All the staff treated me with dignity and compassion. I was able to come up with a plan moving forward that would restore my mouth to functional and aesthetic working order. The doctor was a pleasure to work with and calmly educated me on why things couldn’t happen as quickly as I would like them to. They have evening hours which is great because I have very little time off I can take for work. I highly recommend them. Completely different than Columbia Dental. So if you are reluctant to try Aspen because you think that they are similar to Columbia Dental at least the Lisbon location is worlds away. I finally have hope that I can have a healthy mouth and less fear of the dentist office. Oh the woman that did billing was great too. Positive personality and was patient, helping me to go over a variety of different treatment options and payment plans to find something that worked."

"Let me preface this by saying — I have horrible dental anxiety, it’s very severe and I have been neglectful of my teeth in a sense that I haven’t been getting them taken care of with the doctor like I should. Well, I woke up this morning in serious pain with a swollen face and a mouth that would hardly open due to an abscess in the front of my mouth. I called at 6:30 and scheduled an appointment SAME DAY, for 9:30. New patient, never been seen, totally off the rails nervous. I got there and they had accidentally scheduled me for the Waterford office. The girl (at reception I spoke to, I don’t remember her name) at lisbon was so beyond accommodating - she calmed me down and told me they’d see me here and it wasn’t a problem. The tech, the doctor, they were so calm with me and so kind. We have a plan to get my teeth fixed and taken care of and I couldn’t be more thankful. Absolutely 5 stars for the staff over there. Clean, kind, accommodating — I could go on and on. Thank you Lisbon team for seeing me so fast and helping me get over my fear. I’m thankful and can’t wait to feel confident in my smile again!"
