"Shady business. Sell you services that they know your insurance won’t cover even after telling you that it will be covered. The representative I spoke with prior to getting a cleaning told me my services would be covered per my insurance and that I would only be responsible for the nitrous oxide that I wanted. They now say that the fine print shows that, even though they said that, it’s not a guarantee. They are the ones privy to insurance, not the average customer. That was never disclosed to me during my conversation before my cleaning. When I’m told something will be covered, by someone who should know what they are talking about, I’m trusting that that information is accurate. I put my trust in their words and that was my mistake. I wouldn’t trust them again."
