"I do not recommend this dentist. I went here for the first time, waited 45 minutes in the waiting room while people came in and went ahead. The woman at the window was rude. The final kicker, I had my cleaning and the dental hygienist did not scrap all of my teeth. Then I was told I was all set. I've never been to the dentist and not seen the dentist or had them look in my mouth. It's called going to the dentist, not going to the dental hygienist. If not for knowing that it would be another 6 months till I would have been able to get in to see a dentist, I would have left after 20 minutes of waiting. Crazy experience. If you want to see the dentist, you won't at this place."
"I went for the initial first appointment as a new patient and got a cleaning done as well as x-rays. The woman who did the cleaning and plaque removal was so nice and easy. I have REALLY bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and she was very understanding, calming, and actually listened when I voiced my concerns about being rough because the last dentist at a different practice was so rough and caused me pain. I felt extremely comfortable and would absolutely see her again for my cleanings."
"I went here I had two root canals 95% success rate both of them need to be done over again. People in the waiting room were talking turned out five people had the same time to see the dentist he was running from room to room. As a medical worker I know you cannot change latex gloves that fast I guarantee you he's going from room to room the same gloves on. Is money hungry and he does not care about you."
"They put caps on my son's teeth. Later a new dentist said my son had extensive damage to his teeth because he had cavities that festered under the caps and became way worse. My son needed to have his teeth repaired in the hospital. Also I have a tooth that ended up with a cavity under the gum line. Part of it but broke off. My dentist refused to fix it unless I saw another dentist office to make sure it did not need a root canal. It was obvious I didn't need one and they are incompetent. Another dentist office looked at my tooth and wouldn't even believe me that my prior dentist office refused to treat without being first seen by another office. My 16yo daughter, her teeth are crooked, and she still has a baby tooth and I don't understand why this wasn't taken care of a while ago."
"After a painful experience at another dentist's office, I decided to give this place a try, and now I won't go anywhere else. I used to be terrified of dental visits, but not anymore. I have never experienced any pain during a procedure, and the staff is very friendly. I do have insurance, but when certain things aren't covered they usually work out an agreeable price. I have recommended this office to my family and friends and will continue to do so, I've been going for about 5 years now and have never had a negative experience."
