"Best decision we ever made was to leave another local dentist's office and come to Zahner! The staff is super nice, and the offices and rooms are a 10/10 for layout and cleanliness. They work fast and efficiently, but don't make you feel like they are rushing you out of there (unlike some other medical offices)! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Prior to finding Zahner Dental, I had to be sedated to get any dental work done. I have sensory issues and the lights were too bright, the noise was too loud and when I’m anxious I get very cold and shaky. I explained this to Dr. Jonathan Zahner who went out of his way to patiently work with me on minimizing my anxiety and discomfort. We agreed to start with a crown on a tooth that already had a root canal. At my appointment his staff had a blanket, a pair of dark glasses, and a headset with music ready for me. They used a little bridge between my teeth so I didn’t have to hold my jaw open. They talked to me, they made sure I was doing ok. They have a monitor with travel photos running in each room. So much care and distraction from actually being at the dentist. Also no gummy trays to take impressions of your teeth (and make me feel like I’m chocking). They use a wand to take digital impressions. And no second appointment to finish your crown. You get a 30-40 minute break while your crown is being made ON SITE! I go for a walk to move around, come back, the crown gets fitted with minimal adjustments and you leave with your new teeth! If you have been avoiding dental work due to anxiety or sensitivities, I highly recommend calling Zahner Dental and discussing it with them!"

"I love Zahner Dental!! I am so happy that I switched dentists after 40 years with another dentist in Enfield. The Zahner Dental dentists and staff are all so caring and they make you feel like you are part of their family. I had an old crown replaced today and expected to come back for another visit, but to my surprise the crown was done in one appointment! This was the first time I did not mind going to the Dentist! "If you have severe dental anxiety, hear me out!: My back molar broke about two years ago. It was a small break and it didn’t hurt so I did what many of us do, ignored it. The thought of going to the dentist was too terrifying. Too many poor past experiences. Fast forward to the week before Christmas 2019 when a larger portion of that same tooth broke off. Again there was no pain but I knew I had to do something before it got worse. That week I sat on my couch, in tears, reading through loads of reviews on dental offices because I really didn’t want to go. Everyone seemed to rave about Zahner so I finally mustered up the courage to call. I’ll admit shamelessly that even on the phone with the receptionist to make that first appointment I was crying because I was petrified. Then came the fateful day for the first appointment. My husband basically had to drag me out of the car and into the front door. Turns out all it took was me finding the right dentist to overcome my anxieties. Everyone who works there is INCREDIBLE. Hands down, wonderful people. So compassionate and caring. They all knew I was nervous and I truly felt like my comfort was their top priority. By the time I left, I was LOOKING FORWARD to going back for my root canal. Literally! I took a prescription they gave me beforehand so i was nice and sleepy when I got there for the procedure a week later. I was given a weighted blanket to keep me calm as well and from there I don’t remember too much. I was there for four hours (root canal/crown, and a load of other fillings...... don’t be like me and go 8 years without a cleaning) but it felt like I was there for 30 minutes. There was ZERO pain. Maybe a little soreness towards the end, but it wasn’t something I should have gotten myself so worked up over. Megan, Dr. Jon, Linda, Emily, and everyone else there treat you like family. If you’re like me and are reading these reviews because you’re nervous, PLEASE make the call! You’ll be so so happy you did! Looking forward to lifelong dental care from truly the best there is!"

"I started going to Zahner Dental about a year ago and the experience has been tremendous. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and always upbeat which makes the visit so much better. They have state of the art technology and the dentist will walk you through each procedure so there are no surprises. Their work is exceptional and they always try and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I give the entire experience a 10 and highly recommend Zahner Dental to everyone I know.
