"Front desk is kind, attentive and very detailed! Was walked in with Michelle and from the energy I received customer service was forced. I did not feel welcome and automatically regretted walking through the door. Then the Dr.Arman I believe is the name comes through. Very stand offish personality, quick intro and then jumps into the issue of needing root canal and tooth is bad. I get why I'm here, but at any point of the robotic convo did I feel any want to come back, at all or friendly personality at from anyone in this office except the front desk. If you want someone to just do your dental work then please go there. If you want friendly and kind, I would not recommend at all."

"Dr. Arman is incredible! He walked me through everything step by step, and he checked in frequently throughout my root canal to make sure I was comfortable. The whole staff at the office is friendly and welcoming. Dental work is never anyone’s favorite thing, but I would highly recommend this office to make your experience as seamless as possible. "I began the visit by wanting to leave. I absolutely had a panic attack, But the chair-side assistant, Nidia (I hope I'm spelling that right) and Dr. Arman talked me down from the ledge. If anyone is hesitant about the "mouth dam" they have to use with a root canal, don't be. It's ok, and not half as bad as you would imagine. You will not have any breathing issues. I was made totally comfortable, mentally, emotionally, and physically Let's face it, no one wakes up and says "Yay! I get to have my root canal today!". But it was totally necessary and Dr. Arman is fabulous!!!"

"I had taken one of my girls to a different orthodontist six months ago. He didn't talk to me about straightening her teeth or fixing her bite; he talked to me about making her beautiful! There were many other things that made me walk out without making another appointment. What a contrast here!! I just brought two of my girls to Dr. Baldyga for an initial consultation. I was welcomed from my first phone call where the woman took her time to answer every one of my ridiculous questions... To the paperwork she mailed me to fill out before the visit with a personal, friendly sticky-note attached... To the fact that they were playing a PBS television station (in contrast to the soap opera at the last place!!) I could feel comfortable letting my four children watch while they waited... To the "Welcome So-and-so" message with my girls' names on a wipe-off board... And none of that even has anything to do with teeth! In addition to all that, they were very thorough with the initial visit. His staff took x-rays and photographs. Dr. Baldyga did a physical exam of their mouths. This initial visit was at no cost. It turns out that one of the girls won't even be a patient (well, maybe later) and they still took the time to write a recommendation to our dentist on which baby teeth to pull to help out her mouth! One of my girls is very shy, which looks like a fear of dentists when it's really just her response to people she doesn't know asking her questions. I loved how he handled it! He just acted like it was perfectly normal and waited for her to feel more comfortable. He explained everything he was going to do before he touched her, he let me answer for her when she didn't talk, and just let her warm up. When she walked out, I asked her what she thought of the visit. She whispered to me that she liked him. Dr. Baldyga gave me lots of options for what we could do to help fix the issues in my girls' mouths. He weighed the medical aspects as well as the costs and prioritized what needed to be done in his explanation. Wow! When I got home I called up my friend who was looking for an orthodontist and told her he was worth the drive! :-)"
