"My kids have been going here for years and I scheduled an appointment last week for my son. His appointment is today and I received aTEXT -not even a call from Dr. Blicharz (3 hrs from his appt time), stating they no longer accept our insurance and we will need to pay out of pocket when we arrive to the appointment. I was not informed of this at the time I scheduled the appointment, nor did I receive any correspondence. My child has discomfort with the tooth and it this is the most unprofessional method of handling I've ever seen. They should fix my sons tooth and they can deal with insurance claim. My son should not be made to wait for me to try and find another provider and get another appointment. When I called the office the secretary simply said she didn't have a list of the people that they dropped insurance for. So even the staff is unaware of policy changes it appears. Unacceptable. I do not recommend this office."
