"Went for an upper denture. They saw I had a bottom partial for my bottom front teeth. Wanted me to agree to have a new partial made. Told them I was very happy with the one I had. Sat down with the office manager to make a contract. She also tried to get me to agree to a new partial. Told her I only wanted an upper denture. The contract did not mention a partial so I signed it. Went to have my teeth removed and after several were pulled they started to pull a bottom tooth. I stopped them and asked why were they pulling a bottom tooth. Their answer was I signed a consent. That tooth was now loose and ruined. They could not remove it the pain was horrible. Made appointment with oral surgeon. I was in no condition to ask why were they pulling bottom teeth at that time. Called on Monday to tell them I was only agreeing to have the one tooth they ruined removed and I was told that they couldn’t make my new partial without removing the other two. Told them I never agreed to a new partial and nowhere on my contract is it mentioned. Their response was I signed a consent. They had included these teeth. I didn’t count how many they were removing! My partial doesn’t fit now. They accept no responsibility for this. They were trying to force me into a new partial at cost of 5,000. The denture they gave me fit’s horrible and it’s poor quality. Their smile guarantee is worthless. They robbed me of my smile"

"I am extremely disappointed with their service and altitude. Do not, I repeat, do not go there. I would rather have my cavities than going there doing ridiculous X-Ray and scan then was told that I could’ve let my old record transferred in the first place. One star is too much. If I could choose, it will be -100. The only reason I went is because they accept my insurance there. I would rather find a smaller practice. This is my first ever review. Let that sink in. I will reject any treatment plan after the check up today. Just pretend I am unlucky today."

"Their contact center is helpful and was great with helping me set up my original appointment understanding I had a headline where I was going to be leaving the state. However, the office apparently was unable to keep up with their demand and canceled my appointment 45 minutes prior to my scheduled time. Despite apparently opening early, having late hours, working Saturdays and an understanding for schedules, there was no understanding for time constraints. I'm sure their service is wonderful if you can get in, but I have had such a poor experience just trying to get in the door that I will not be confirming that."
