My little one had to get a tooth pulled yesterday, Dr. Kwon was gentle, patient and super friendly. He made my daughter feel so comfortable and did not force anything on her that she couldn’t handle. "Third visit here with 5 of my children. First two were ok. A little expensive even to be in network but since the atmosphere/dentist was nice I chose to stay with them. On this day things have drastically changed. First of all it’s a mad house in here. They are most definitely overbooked. The dental assistants are literally running back & forth huffing & puffing as though they are overwhelmed and unable to keep up. New people are arriving every few minutes. Both waiting rooms are completely packed. We arrived to our appointment on time at 9:30am. It’s now 10:40am and 3 of my children still haven’t been seen. 2 of the kids were called back at 10:15am, got their teeth cleaned & were just sitting in the room. My husband texts me & says they still haven’t seen the dentist at 10:30am. I went to the front desk to see what is happening. The receptionist says they had an emergency walk in. I expressed that I understand but we’re a large family waiting for over an hour at this point. I still have 3 kids waiting. Her response is to just tell the dentist whenever I get to see him. I told her this is unacceptable and they gave no common courtesy or decency to even let the patients still waiting know anything. They could have expressed that they are going to be running behind 35 minutes ago. I’m STILL HERE! It’s 10:47am. They just called my daughter in."
