"Both groomers were gentle and understanding to my two anxious poodle mixes. They also did a great job!"
"It was not a very good experience for the dog and owner. The groomer cut one of my Toy Poodle's hind legs with her scissors and she started bleeding and it did not stop quickly. The haircut was poorly done. The legs are unevenly cut as one of them has twice the amount of hair. I had to go back to the groomer so that she cut more hair from around the eyes and in the face. The hair in the head and ears are also unenvenly cut and also throughout the body."

Kristin took her time and was able to get him groomed. She also recommended a certain shampoo because he has allergies and he's a happy boy now. Thank you"
