"After reading great reviews and especially one about a person in pain not even a client was able to be treated as an emergency , I decided to go get my tooth fixed after being up all night in pain. I walked in at 9:am and told the receptionist that I was in extreme pain and I needed to see the doctor. She said “ I sorry but we have no appointments for today “ I proceeded to tell her about the review I read about a person being treated in an emergency situation, not even a client, she said again “ there are no appointments open today “ No empathy or even cared about what I was going through, she didn’t even check for next available appointment for me ? Well I guess they don’t need new clients, what a shame ! Well everything happens for a reason, I ended up going down the road to Micheals Dental office on Commerce St. and they were very empathetic to what I was going through and took me in as soon as I finished the registration.
