OMG Rocky Hill Dentistry & Braces

"I am absolutely done with this place!! As it is my 10 year old daughter is TERRIFIED of doctors and to get her to even go to a dentist is hard for her. I've now gone 3 times on a Monday with her to be told the doctor is not in and the appointment needing to be rescheduled. This time my father took her as I needed to work. They told my father that someone tried to reach me a couple times today when I had absolutely no call from them!!! I got text messages twice last week to confirm the appointment, in which I did. Now it has to be rescheduled again!!?? Not even one phone call and tells my father they called me?? To boot my kid missing parts of her school today on three occasions. Unprofessional and the staff is incredibly rude!"

"This company is very unorganized..They do not want to submit patient with husky to get approved, I had a consultation in April. Now we are in September and every time I call they tell me the same thing that it will take 3 weeks to get approved. But I contacted Husky and they have never receive any prior authorization for braces for my son. At this point I feel like they do not want to take any husky patients they just want cash patients. The admin has no idea what she is talking about because she give a different answer every time I call, which make no sense and total waste of my time because my son would already had braces by now but they are just give the run around and this is unacceptable to me as a patient. They need to get it together!!!!!!!"
