"I haven’t had a successful appointment with this company yet. I’ve been with them for a year and explain to them what I went through with my last dentist office and they’ve been worse than the last place. They never answer the phone, haven’t submitted none of my paperwork. I have to call back for them to submit it. They move on their time they always book but then the appointments are always canceled, it is ridiculous.people mouths shouldn’t be played with for you guys to ask people why it took them so long to show up."

"Today and several times already this office decided to change our appointment again to a later time from 1:00pm to 3:30pm without our consent or a phone call, so now we have to call out or go in super late since this office isn't professional enough to give up dates, but are fast to charge your insurance company for late or no show appointments smh"

"I would give them 0 stars but it’s not an option! Very unprofessional! They don’t answer there phone for days and don’t return calls at all!! I suffered from an infection 2 days after they pulled my tooth on a Monday and couldn’t get a hold of anyone until Friday! That’s absolutely unprofessional! I had to report them to my insurance because that’s Unacceptable!! I suffered in severe pain for days!"
