"Ordered when they first opened and wasn't a fan. Figured it's been long enough we'd try again. Pizza was the worst we have had in a long time. Almost no cheese, and the veggies were basically raw.... Didn't look anything like what they post online. We also got the fried mozzarella and it tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Our $45 order basically got trashed which is disappointing for a well reviewed place in town. Won't be returning unfortunately. Additionally, we placed our order online through their website, under the impression they had delivery drivers. It ended up being delivered through door dash which we prefer to not use due to poor experiences in the past, including this instance. Not their fault for the driver exactly, but there was no mention of door dash on the website prior to ordering, and we checked after. We would've avoided altogether had we known door dash is contracted for delivery."
"Good new pizza place in Longmeadow. Slices are HUGE and cheap with good flavor and tender crust. Meatball grinder had good bread and the meatballs were tender and seasoned well. The sauce wasn't my favorite in this, but it's not bad. The buffalo wings were big and juicy inside, but the sauce being fried into it takes a little away for me, I prefer saucy wings and this made the outside crunchy, but slightly dry. Overall it's a good spot and I'll be back for more pizza."
"I’ve been hearing great things about Frankie’s on my town’s FB forum so decided to stop in and give it a try for myself. I’m glad I did, the pizza and customer service did not disappoint! My best friend ordered a personal sized Margherita. Unfortunately, it came out soupy in the middle (to the point where if she lifted a slice, all the sauce/cheese would’ve slid off). She was hesitant to bring it to their attention because she’s not one to complain, but glad she did because Frankie graciously fixed her up a new one - no questions asked. The 2nd Margherita came out perfectly! I ordered a personal Hawiian and love that it comes with both ham and bacon. At most pizza joints a Hawiian is just ham and pineapple, and adding bacon of course is an up-charge. I appreciate that Frankie’s makes a Hawiian just the way I like it! I’m also a crust girl, and frankie’s does it right! It is deliciously thin (but not floppy), slightly charred, and perfectly airy. Al-in-all, I’m glad they’ve moved into the neighborhood! Their location is where the old Luigi’s used to be (next to Li’s Brother’s). There is no option for delivery yet, and the restaurant is only big enough to fit 2 high-top, 2 seater tables; however, next door is 1WayBrewing Co. to which you can bring your pies over, have a seat, and enjoy a beer there with your pizza(s)."
"First time trying Frankie’s, it was worth the wait!! Best fried dough and the ranch BBQ chicken pizza was amazing. The staff was friendly and kept checking on our order, and you can even watch them making the food. Great prices and great staff. I think we found our new pizza spot!"
