"First time I went, they were very welcoming. Walked me through everything and listened to what I had to say. (I went in for severe tooth pain) At the time of my first visit, I scheduled my next appointment for Friday at 12:30 PM. I work nights, so in order not to miss my appointment, I stayed awake. I drove almost an hour one way. I arrived 15 minutes. I go to walk in, and the door is locked. I called, no answer, left a voicemail. My fiancé calls, and she was told that the schedule for Friday was cleared, and that the office was not going to open. I was shocked that I didn’t receive a phone call, text, voicemail, or email saying my that they would be closed. I sat in the parking lot, in severe pain, trying to find another dentist to remove my tooth."
