"Tried to schedule a dental cleaning appointment at this location. Placed on hold twice in a row. Receptionist said she was having difficulty locating my record (from 3 days ago). Sent me to voicemail after waiting for a total of 25 minutes. Thanks for your (not so) great service. 0 stars in my opinion."

"Not very clean. Tech used a 3D camera on me that she didn’t wipe down before or after use. I witnessed it get wheeled out of my bay and directly to another patient bay, still without being wiped down. It smelled very bad, like a dry mouth, which leads me to believe it isn’t ever wiped in between patients. I have a very healthy set of teeth and was told that it was imperative to get a deep cleaning and descaling. They wanted to extract teeth that have never given an issue and root canal a perfectly healthy tooth. Total cost was over $3000. This place is definitely set up to rip off patients. I truly believe everyone is given the same initial diagnosis after they gouge your insurance for all of the “necessary” X-rays and 3D scans. Also, I work in hospital sterilization and I can tell you that they are not following proper disinfection and sterilization procedures. Stay away from this place if you want to maintain good hygiene!"

"I should have read the reviews before scheduling my first appointment which all I wanted was a cleaning. They informed me I had periodontal disease and my treatment would cost $11,000 including 3 fillings and an implant. I was also told that I would need a prescription toothpaste that would be part of the treatment the periodontal disease. I sat down for a consultation after the most basic of "exams". I got more attention discussing the payment plans for my "treatment" than the actual exam. They are very slick when they tell you that you need this prescription toothpaste. It cost me $38 only to find out its colgate for sensitive teeth and about $13 on Amazon. After looking up what the toothpaste does, I found out it does NOTHING to treat periodontal disease. I'm going to get a second opinion at a better quality dentist. This place is a scam and needs to be investigated."

"It was my first time there, got there 15 minutes earlier for my appointment. Waited 30mins before being called, only to take another hour for X-rays. They were in my mouth for literally about 1 hr, had to reboot computer and said needed more pictures. In all my life going to the dentist X-rays never ever took the max 15 minutes. However the staff was nice and apologetic, but not a great first impression"

"I’ve always been terrified of the dentist and dental visits, and Aspen made my appointment easy. They were patient with me when it came to my X-rays due to my small mouth and terrible gag reflex, and were all so kind when giving me the news about the work I need done. I’ve got a long journey ahead, but I’m more than ready with Aspen in more corner."
