"Me and my family recently stayed at Courtyard Marriot. We blocked off several rooms for a funeral. Michelle Gordon and her staff exceeded our expectations on every level. I am truly appreciative of all there efforts to ensure we had a great experience. The rooms were clean, it’s located 10 mins from the airport, and the staff went above and beyond. "I stayed here for a wedding on 1/6/24. A big snow storm was expected, and I was very anxious about leaving the next day. I was so pleasantly surprised to find my car had been dug out and someone had wiped most of the snow off. It was so appreciated and took such a mental load off as a single person trying to navigate a snow storm. Amazing service."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel from December 28, 29 2023. The front desk staff was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. As we're the restaurant staff. I liked the location. It has a restaurant inside the hotel and a Chili's restaurant right next door. The room was not really to my liking because there was a smell upon entering the room and the water pressure from the shower head was horrible and trying to turn the water on in the tub area was a struggle. I would've ask for another room but I was so frustrated from our luggage being sent to another state....I just dealt with the hotel issues. And it is a 3 star hotel not a 4 or 5 star.... And I'm sure if I had asked I would've been given another room because again the staff on both shift were very nice! I wouldn't mind staying here again if I were to visit that part of Connecticut."

"Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding nearby. Was a bit confused that though a bunch of other wedding party members (and guests) were in the "block", our rooms were all over the hotel, but that wasn't particularly an issue. Rooms were clean, staff was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. No included/continental breakfast, it's a bistro-style cash-or-card cafe with a menu, but the price was appropriate for the quality, I enjoyed what I ordered. Multiple spots to hangout as a group indoors and out. Only complaint would be that the vent fan in our bathroom didn't seem to be functional (another wedding guest said same), we tried all the switches, and it didn't seem to run constantly, so we ended up leaving the door open most of the time in order to disperse the moisture with the room A/C unit. Did not speak with any staff about this issue as it wasn't a big deal for us and it was only 2 nights, and honestly forgot to mention it at check-out."

"I like this hotel when I'm in town for business. The bar, the pool are nice and the rooms are also comfortable and big, I don't feel like it's lacking space, beds are also comfortable. On top of that, they have a deal with the gym next door: The lost breed, which is very convenient to workout in a better setup than your usual not so well equipped hotel gym, I recommend."
