"I was having issues with my jaw, tongue and teeth. I called Advanced Dental. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. So, I scheduled my appt, completed paperwork easily in advance on line. I met with the office manager Cathy who was just fabulous & very welcoming as she explained the process of my consultation. The technicians were very kind, explaining every step of the scan & photos. I then saw Cam the Orthodontic associate. She reviewed and explained to me what she saw in the Scan & photos and shared her recommendation. She was wonderful too. I then was fortunate enough to see Dr Maroon who kind enough to dig into the problems I have been having over the last 1.5 yrs, unpacking my answers and explaining what next steps should be and why. Overall I was extremely impressed with the entire practice. I felt comfortable with Dr Maroon, the office Manager Cathy, the staff and the cleanliness, comfort & high tech office. "I cracked my tooth in half on Friday night 12/22. Saturday morning I was calling all over to find a dentist to help me out. When I called Advanced Dental- the receptionist told Me if I could get there soon they would squeeze me in because they were closing soon. When I arrived- I was met by such caring employees. Everyone was amazing. I have real bad anxiety issues when it comes to seeing a dentist due to a prior horrible experience. The hygienist was so calming thru the x rays & picture process. And the Dentist- Dr Maroon- I can’t say enough about how understanding he was w my prior experience. He put my mind at ease, and thru the process of numbing up my mouth- I did not feel a single needle due to the technique he used- he needed up having to remove the tooth and doing other work- and all the while cracking little jokes to keep me calm. I am so thankful to Dr Maroon and his entire office staff. Even thou they were getting ready to close for the holiday weekend- they helped me and even ended up over their closing time, just to make sure I was good to enjoy my holiday weekend. I would HIGHLY recommend Advanced Dental"

"I specifically searched for a dentist that specializes in dental anxiety and this dentist was at the top of the search. How wrong that search engine optimization is. Terrible experience over all at both visits. I have severe dental anxiety. This practice does not offer laughing gas. I had a good experiences with everyone expect Dr. Maroon. I needed to get three old metal filings removed and replaced. Dr. Maroon botched my Novocain shots causing my face to swell and bruise. The location of the bruising is even located in a spot where he numbed the wrong spot. His assistants told him the correct tooth to be done. He proceeded to numb the wrong location, and as he was going to drill, his assistants reminded him of the correct spot. He became very impatient with them, and proceeded to numb the other side. When I returned a few days later concerned about the swelling, pain and extreme sensitivity on all three of the filings that had been redone, he tried to shift blame for the swelling on me biting my cheek when i was numb to which I responded- are you surprised I bit my cheek with how much it swelled?? Its hard not to! He was again dismissive and impatient with his assistant as he sanded down all three filings in an attempt to relieve some sensitivity. Today, my mouth, jaw and entire face are incredibly sore- all for three simple filings being redone. This whole experience has been such a joke. I will not be returning. What a complete waste of $1,400."
