"This place is terrible. They never answer the phone. I have left several voice-mails to make my daughter an appointment for pain in her mouth and no return call. Their website said they were open until 7, so I showed up after working thinking I would just go in to see what's going on and they were closed at 530. So unprofessional!"

"i don't even know where to begin, Dr Dental has helped get me to a place i never thought i would be. I was truly TERRIFIED of the dentist i avoided it for SIX years. My teeth were truly a nightmare i had so many cavities, needed a root canal, and i even lost a few teeth due to my fear and negligence. I've had a lot of bad experiences with dentists getting frustrated with me for my anxiety or judging the horrible condition my teeth were in. I have never encountered that at Dr Dental, at Dr Dental i have only ever been met with kindness and empathy by EVERYONE, literally every single person there is amazing. The front desk is amazing! They're so kind and accommodating and patient as well. All the hygienist/dental assistants (not 100% sure their job title preference is) are incredible at their jobs you can put your trust and faith in them, they have such warm, comforting energy that makes you feel so safe. I have endless good things to say about each and every single one of them. A specific hygienist/assistant that will always hold a special spot in my heart is Renee. I went in for my first filling in six and i was horrified, i was shaking and teary eyed I might have backed out if it wasn't for her that first session she held my hand and helped me slow down my breathing I will truly never forget that, because of people like her people like me can feel safe and comfortable at the dentist. Besides the assistants the dentists themselves are equally as amazing. They have never judged me for the condition my teeth were in, they treated me like they understood that I was just someone who needed help, I will always be grateful for everyone here. I might have the best dentist in the world her name is Dr Ameen she has also truly changed my life for the better. When I got my first examination I was so nervous about what I was going to need to get done and I was also so scared I was going to be judged for my teeth, yet when arrived the only thing i was met with was empathy. She did not judge or ridicule me instead she helped me understand what I needed to get done, explained it in a way I understood but also a way that made the problem feel doable. Before i went my teeth felt like this huge looming weight that I was never truly going to conquer, but Dr Ameen made it feel so manageable. The weight became so much lighter and I appreciate her greatly. I can't even begin to explain how much she has helped me and changed my life. Besides all that she's patient, understanding, and accommodating. Dr Ameen will frequently check up on you while she's working on your teeth, she'll ask how you're doing and if you need a break she's very understanding.She is also so incredibly good at what she does. Truly could not have asked for a better dentist. Everyone who works here is kind, patient, and so talented. Going to the dentist has become something i look forward to doing. Sometimes when they're working on my teeth i feel like i'm in a spa treatment or something its great, just great. If you're considering Dr Dental go for it I 10000000% recommend. Places and people like this are a rarity do not miss out."

"This place never calls to let you know they are canceling your appointment after I proceeded to come in 3 times in arrow separate months to hear the same thing every time we tried to call you to let you know and reschedule that our doctor is not here today , after waiting at least 1 month in between appointments I could not get this dentist to help me after 4 months and an emergency of things happening in my mouth. I will personally never come here again and make sure no one wastes their time . Trust me if they tell you there doctor is not here and you have to reschedule, They will not give you a sooner appointment you will end up waiting around the same amount of time you waited for the first appointment or more.Disrespectful and non helpful people work here!"
