"The first day I went to Aspen Dental everything went smoothly. The only bad experience as of this day was, I showed up because they had scheduled an appointment, but when I got there, there was no appointment. Other than that, everyone there’s very nice and friendly. Expensive, yes. But as long as they do a good job, that’s fine."

"Made an appointment that was convenient for me. They called 3xs to change the appointment! Wanted to change my appointment to an earlier time of day! Played telephone tag with them for 2days! Also went by there! Said they're opened until 5:30pm! They were closed before 5pm! Exams and x-rays were free. Xray plate was very hard plastic and uncomfortable. My eyes were watering! Dr did exam and was talking about crowns, pins and extractions. She said I had 2 infected teeth and was hitting them with a metal instrument asking if they hurt! From my paperwork they knew I am a cardiac patient with an artificial heart valve and pacemaker! She offered NO antibiotics or any treatment course! This is very dangerous for cardiac patients as it can lead to endocarditis! I was then lead into an office and provided a bill for $16000! This was for crowns,tooth extraction, fillings, partial plates and gingivitis treatment! I am on ss and do not have dental coverage! I am provided a $500 visa from my Medicare adv plan per year! How does one afford this? How does a Dr tell a cardiac patient they have an infected tooth and not provide an antibiotic at the very least? Don't recommend!"

"I had such a wonderful experience at Aspen dental in Wallingford/Meriden. I was up here on a business/personal trip and ran into a problem. They got me in quickly, everything ran on time, and I had a great exam. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Thank you so much!"
