"I want to leave another bad review however, it would change anything about this place. First the turn over of Dentist, Oral Surgeons and overall staff is very high. I understand that working in this field must be difficult. When I've had appointments the actual procedures and cleaning went well. They are accommodating with getting you an appointment asap. The problem now is that the Woodbridge location only has one Dentist on staff from what my last one told me. She stated she has been there for a year and half and Dentist keep Quitting this practice. I can never get a Treatment plan. The Office manager Lillian always promises to get it to me via email. Months pass and nothing. I call and check the status and often she is not at work. I am not sure if she is just overworked like the others, but that is not the Patients problem. Now I am going to search for another Dentist somewhere to get the necessary dental care that I need. I cannot express the Patience that I have had with this place and never do I get a Result!!!! Thanks for what care you have provided for me, I am certain that other Patients will be looking elsewhere as well!!!!"
