"Got my pizza to go. The slice was ruined. All the cheese stuck to container"
"The service is terrible, from what I can gather from being there is it’s family owned, all the employees are family. They take their customers for granted, probably because they’re located inside the train station, and have no need to worry about getting repeat business, and it shows in the way they treat customers. Don’t asked any questions because they can’t be bothered to answer them. Also a plain ch slice is 4$+tax and any beverage is 2$+, at the bare minimum 7$ is the least amount of money you’re getting out of the for. Which is reasonable considering you are at the train station, also I’ve had sbarro’s at many different places and this one in particular was one of the worst, floppy slices. Even after purchasing my food and drink I asked for an empty cup with top and was charged 1$, which whatever but things like that factor in to my overall opinion of the place. Besides all that I’ve mentioned it really seamed like anything that was asked or anything that involved them to move more than 5 feet from where they were standing was a super inconvenience. Lastly on numerous occasions I’ve asked them at the end of the night if they were planning on throwing the left over food away, I would take it and give out to the homeless, naturally they refused, reason being they couldn’t be bothered with doing that every night, they rather throw the food out. I’m all for people coming to this country working hard and making a living here for them and their families, not that it has any relevance but this family is Middle Eastern, and chose to get into the pizza business and I’m Italian so when you decide to get into this type of business I would appreciate it if it were done with a certain level of pride, not just something you choose because they feel it’s simple and profitable, to me that very offensive, but it’s open to whatever nationality wants to give it shot, and that’s exactly how it should be. Overall I’m disgusted with how they treat customers , the cleanliness of the place, they way they will use pizza that’s been sitting in their display all day, making a fresh pie a few times a day cost pennies, no reason not to have fresh slices at all times, but the thing that put me over the top and prompted me to write this post is seeing there works drop pizza and other ingredients on the floor and without thinking twice pick it up use it an serve it to people."
"Good people! Food tastes good and the gentleman threw in a extra garlic stick for me, very kind"
"The food was decent, but the employees are rude can't even acknowledge the customers in front all I got was a rude (what do you want?) Very abrasive those girls need to work on their customer service skills which they don't have none. I will not come back, I'll take my business elsewhere."
"Here is a recent positive review. The staff was friendly and helpful. The eating area wasn't the best, but this is train station soooooo... I asked for utensils and an extra pizza box and they gladly complied. The BBQ chicken pizza was great. The crust was not too thick but firm enough to hold up the generous toppings. The cheese was fresh, you could taste it. Not the pre-shredded with wood dust in it. The sauce was just right, not too sweet, not too spicy. The chicken was tender and they didn't skimp on the quantity. They also had a variety of bottled drinks as well as fountain. Other items available include Stromboli, pasta salad and green salads. They have daily and combo specials. Overall, was well pleased at having a hot food option on our way back from NYC."
