"The room was so cute!! It was clean and it smelled nice. It was a nice getaway, we had fun. I'm sure we will be back."
"We arrived there for a two night stay. We walked into a room and it was filthy. There was dirt all over the floor in the bathroom, something that my girlfriend thought looked like a tooth in the bathroom sink. Mold in the shower. Stains in the toilet. No toilet paper. Dirty towels. Used bed sheets. Carpets not vacuumed with drug paraphernalia under the bed. We went to the office and they gave us a new room. Compared to the other one it was better but not up to par. We cleaned up the new room and bathroom so we could stay in it. The rest of the stay went well until we went to leave. They checked the room and wouldn't give back my deposit because they said that I broke the front door latch. I told them when I arrived that it was hard to open and close and deadbolt was not working. They said that they are sueing me for the door latch on top of keeping my deposit. I had to call the police to make a report and now cost me more money in small claims court to fight for my deposit. You seriously can't make this up. Ater dealing with the dirty rooms it would have been a good stay if I didn't get robbed for my $40 deposit and threats of being sued. I have never had business staff talk to me in that manner. We left that room immaculate and he spent 10 mins in the room looking for a reason to keep my deposit. And the only thing he could come up with was a worn out broken door latch. Guess they are hard up for money cuz there were only a few people staying there. It was dead. We are still in shock over all these crazy accusations."
"Room smells. It wasn't vacuum nor cleaned before I checked in, Stains on everything, paint coming off the walls, door frame coming off, toilet isn't connected to the floor. Just a all around dirty place. Friendly workers decent price. They just need to try harder."
"Best value! Check-in service was fast and friendly. Room was clean and spacious with great bed and soft sheets. Will definitely return on our frequent trips through New England to rest our heads."
"The building and surrounding grounds are pretty horrible. Don't let the smell and appearance of the office turn you away, however. The room was pretty good, showing signs of wear and tear, but included a kitchen. Bed was comfy. There's a plywood covered hole in the wall where an air conditioner used to be, a new hole elsewhere with a replacement air conditioner, and a thermostat on the wall. The hole-in-the-wall unit didn't work. The thermostat on the wall appeared to be for a separate system, and didn't work either. Setting the fan switch on the thermostat from Auto to On didn't seem to activate anything, lowering the temperature didn't do anything either. Wifi barely made it to our unit (room 110) to the point where our phones would not connect, laptops connected but were slow. All in all though, a clean and comfortable enough place to crash for the night."
