"Stayed here after a New Years Eve event, and was very satisfied. Completely remodeled from previous ownership. Everything looks clean and new. Bed was extremely comfortable, with great bedding/pillows/sheets. Bathroom was very clean, although the shape and size of the tub was a little awkward to stand in (and I'm not a tall or large person). Skipped breakfast, since it wasn't free, and I usually oversleep anyway. I would stay here again, as the location is convenient, and the value more than reasonable. They even have a small indoor heated pool!"

"My wife and I booked a block of 10 rooms at Holiday Inn for our wedding in June 2023. Due to the number of out-of-town guests attending our wedding, we actually had to work with 3 hotels, and unfortunately we had the most difficult time working with the Holiday Inn. They didn’t seem to have a process in place for reserving room blocks, so we were constantly uncertain of what was going on. For example, guests had to call and make reservations over the phone to be in the block rather than being able to do anything online. Also, when we called to ask for an update on how many rooms in our block were reserved, we were told a manager would call us back. We waited 3-4 days every time with no response, then followed up. When we finally did get a manager on the line, they asked us to reach out to our guests who didn’t have a credit card on file to let them know their reservation would be canceled if they didn't call and add a card. This is not something we should have to take care of, especially because the manager said it should be impossible to make a reservation without adding a card, so it was a system issue on their end. We also got prior permission to drop off welcome bags for our guests a few days in advance and had a terrible experience dropping them off, having to wait for almost 45 minutes for any staff members to come to the lobby and witnessing a loud verbal argument between staff members before we left. We were told to leave the welcome bags in the lobby and later found out that our guests staying at that hotel didn’t receive them. Our guests staying here seemed to have okay experiences, but overall, it was a bad experience for us, and we would recommend other hotels in the area for hotel blocks."

"Too expensive. Way too expensive. The Manager is Wonderful, but the new owner is a Cheapskate. NO Free Breakfast. And all of the OTHER Holiday Inns, give FREE Breakfast, AND 2 Free Complimentary Bottles of Water."

"Good value, very attentive staff. Clean rooms and hotel in general. Breakfast is pay for your order, no free morning buffet if you were expecting it. Many options for food in proximity of the hotel"

"Pros: -Close to the highway -Clean rooms Cons: -Laundry service is coin operated machines, yet they do not provide or even sell detergent. If you need to do laundry you will have to go out driving around to find detergent. This seemed particularly inconsiderate of them because you know they have vats of the stuff in their own laundry room. BTW, the truck stop nearby I found was the best place to buy it. -The printer for guests is in disrepair"
