"Dental hygienist broke my permanent retainer during a routine cleaning. Then the office wanted to act like in old x-rays it was already “broke in the earlier months” but never said anything about it to me. They also were not about to pay for it even though they were at fault. Fortunately my orthodontist repaired it free of cost. Terrible experience I will not be returning."

The office is bright and immaculate. The welcome and smile from the receptionist was friendly and calming. The skill and great personality of Alyssa, my hygienist, made me very relaxed. Even though the Dentist was very busy, he made the time to come in and do my exam and talk a little. I totally appreciated that.
