Granby Dental

"Dr. Steniger and his team are A+ professionals! I chipped my tooth on a Saturday and called my (old) dentist's office on a Monday. They couldn't see me until the following Tuesday. A friend of mine and her daughter and family all go to Granby Dental and love it. So, I called and explained my situation. They saw me the following day. The office staff was so warm and welcoming. (They even opened a side door gor me when they saw me approaching the wrong door so that I wouldn't have to walk all the way around the building.) Dr. Steniger did such an excellent job fixing my tooth. He even smoother out another tooth! (Don't think that's something a chain dental practice would do without tacking on an additional charge.) He and his assistant were so professional and thorough and definitely had a nice, respectful, working relationship. I was so impressed that I've had my records sent over to Granby Dental and have already scheduled my next cleaning there. Finally, many offices ask you yo write a review " if you've had a good experience ". This office did not. I think that also speaks volumes!"

"UPDATE: Recently used these folks again...for a broken tooth, and just as awesome as ever! What a stellar business! Everyone Is courteous and polite and they were here to help me when I had an emergency. The quality of care has been exceptional. I am very happy, You should use them as well :-)"

"The actual visit was acceptable, however, the front end was lazy and I was penalized a couple hundred dollars for their inaction. I made an appointment with Dr. Kirschbaum because he was on my plan, but the front office changed me to Dr. Steniger. I was not told that Dr. S was not on my plan. When I got my bill, I was billed out of network rates. I am disputing the bill with the office, but they are totally non-responsive. I spoke to my insurance and was told that the office was supposed to call in the procedures before work is performed. This obviously did not happen because they would have determined that Dr. S was out of network. Update: The office has since worked with me to understand the insurance aspects of the program and why they are no longer involved with that plan. They believe that the insurance plan had not updated the provider list and adjusted my bill accordingly."
