"I have been working with the Canton Valley Dental team for over 4 years! I now feel that I can honestly give the public my review. Let’s just say that, I was recommended to this group by several patient/friends. I also came to this group with a “ background” in dental experience. This practice does not disappoint! I see Dr. Matt and absolutely can not speak enough accolades for this strong, confident, friendly, understanding, and caring dentist. He is surrounded by a wonderful team!!!! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with welcoming smiles in a wonderfully relaxed environment. It truly is a positive and happy experience from beginning to end. Dr. Matt is extremely up to date with the latest dental technology and methods of patient comfort and care! His work is precise and absolutely beautiful! His skill level will wow the most skilled! Dr. Matt and his team seek to consistently check patient comfort and understanding of what is being done. It is remarkable and well loved by all of his patients. I am 100 percent happy with all of the work that I have had done over the years! This should speak volumes. I love going to Canton Dental! "I was told when I first called that they were a preferred provider of my insurance, then I got a bill for $182 for a cleaning when the charge should be zero. Plus the bill was the least professional bill I ever got, it didn't have any explanation of the charges just a number. The person I spoke with in the office had no idea, I ended up having to call my insurance myself, where it turned out they were NOT a preferred provider, but they had in fact still over charged me. To get it straightened out I had to have the insurance rep call them. I still ended up paying $71 for a dental cleaning when I could have gone elsewhere and paid nothing. The office staff are incompetent. Go elsewhere if you value your time and money."

"I paid cash today for a cleaning and hygienist was friendly and was informative, not preachy which I totally apprecIate. Dr Tracy is best dentist ever had so decided to pay even though I have two insurance plans they don’t take. She is 100% trustworthy. I am not happy that it was $80 more than told ahead of time. I was told twice, at time of scheduling apt and today on arrival that be $150 total. . If I had known this i am not sure I would have paid cash bc I could have used the insurance elsewhere. i am not working because my daughter has been sick so extra $80 is significant. Again like the practice in general."

"Every time I come in, I see Monique (I may have spelled her name wrong) she is absolutely lovely. She's very caring, gentle and always remembers what's going on in my life and always asks for a follow up. Out of all the people she sees I'm impressed by how she remembers the little things and details about me. She makes my visit enjoyable, and I love going in for my cleanings to see her. She's so... comforting and that's extremely important for me because I get such bad anxiety it's nice to have someone that understands and is able to keep me calm throughout my whole visit. This is one of the best dentist practices I have ever been to and that's why I keep coming. Thank you for everything!"

"My family and I moved to CT almost 3 yrs ago, and a neighbor recommended Canton Valley Dental. From our very first visit, I was instantly happy and relieved to have found an amazing Practice. Not only are they efficient, quick,and organized, they are also kind, relatable, and extremely good with kids. The most important part, the Dr's and dental hygienist's are amazing. They are so knowledgeable and make, what are typically uncomfortable dental procedures, not so uncomfortable and not painful. They are amazing with kids, they have inspired my 4 year old to voluntarily brush his own teeth. He has enjoyed every visit, and even endured a cavity fill procedure...SMILING and enjoyed his entire appointment. That's how great they are!"
