"Yesterday, I ordered Mozzarella sticks, A cheese burger and curly fries. I contact support because the order is late, Im told that they will call me. I wait an additional 45 minutes after the delivery time to get a phone call saying the delivery driver is outside. I go outside and there's no one there. I wait another 5 minutes outside and nothing so I go back inside and call the restaurant. Im put on hold for 20 minutes and then give up until this morning. I call this morning and I am yelled at by the owner saying that my order was delivered successfully to a tall skinny man (I am very clearly a curvy short woman.) I say I either want my food delivered today or a refund for the order. He hung up on me and I called back. He threatens to call the police if I call again. Im disputing the charge with my bank as I type this. Their food is usually pretty good for being frozen food and all, but the customer service alone is enough for me to abandon loyalty to this place. DO NOT EAT HERE."

"Will never order from there again ..while waiting on our slices. I watched the guys at the counter cough in his hand 3 XS did not sanitize or wash his hands .Then turned around and grabbed my order and another and handed to me and didn't Even thing twice. Needless to say I threw my pizza out. It was contaminated."

"my bf had three slices of pizza yesterday/last night, and now his entire day saturday he’s been throwing up and running to the bathroom all day. He has a stomach bug from the pizza he ate! And severely sick. cant drink or eat anything at all. he rarely gets sick, especially at this extent, so I know! it was from this place. Whatever was in the pizza or however it was cooked, made him SICK! it was probably old smh. This is should be shut down! immediately!"

"Very disappointed in my experience with this place. I work in an office, and they charged us $3.00 PER PERSON to deliver to us - (right up the street, btw), resulting in an $18.00 delivery fee? $18.00??? Plus we all tipped, unaware of the delivery fee. And then the food was pretty gross. Chicken cutlet was tough and old. Almost inedible. That's it for me. The general consensus around the table was Nevermore."
