"The employees are extremely curt and don't follow the "customer is always right" philosophy in the least. When I asked the employee on the phone to please not interrupt because I have issues with my thinking and memory the response was sarcastic and mocking of my disability. I hope they get some new staff with customer service skills."

"My biggest issue is that this hotel says it is a smoke free location. However, guests that do smoke just stand right outside their room and smoke. This then makes its way down the breezeway and into all the rooms. I understand this isn’t really the fault of the hotel but maybe setting up a smoking area further away from the hotel would be best."

"We came back to Cheshire for a funeral and we needed a resting place. The desk manager was kind and extremely accommodating to our needs. It is rare that you meet anyone but especially those in business that hear your needs and respond. She did that and we are very grateful. The room was clean ? The water was hot the lighting outside was beautiful along with scenery. We slept peacefully with an excellent experience at the Welcome Inn named appropriately!"

"the room was small but clean and quiet. the owners were friendly and kind and even gave us a call to resolve a possible issue before we even got there. pretty good location with a parking lot out front. very affordable place to stay for the night!"
