"The secretary there is very unprofessional she wouldn’t transfer me to doctor Chung and told me to find a new dentist if I didn’t like it. I tried to talk to her multiple times and reach out so I can speak to Dr.chung myself but she had a nasty attitude and was very rude. I don’t recommend this dentist office because the secretary is the face of the company that’s the person you talk to before you can get in contact with anyone else and I just feel like she wasn’t representing the company how she was supposed to no matter what the issue is your supposed to stay professional and handle the customer with care instead of finding a solution she brushed me off and told me to go somewhere else very distasteful."
