On a positive note, the office is clean and the staff is courteous. In all my previous dental experiences, I have never had the dentist perform my cleaning, it's always been the hygienist. Unfortunately, my cleaning felt very rushed and it was one of the roughest cleanings I've ever had. It seems I've been spoiled by hygienists that take their time and have a more nurturing protocol. I would definitely be too nervous to return to this practice if I needed serious work done (fillings, crowns, etc.)."
