"i was totally mislead and taken advantage of, dawn went ahead and did a full set of x-rays without asking, did not explain anything , she then went ahead and looked at my back molar which i told her i’ve been having pain with and it s a crown and the shell of crown cracked and it’s an easy fix , proceeded to tell me it looks pretty good and the “ soonest “ we can get you in, ( mind you i’m in pain) is december 23 .. i’ve been waiting a month mind you.. now today i get a text confirming my appt then half hour later i get a text saying appt is canceled your insurance doesn’t cover a crown!!! wow you go ahead and assume i am not going to pay out of pocket or give me the option ?? what kind of dentist does this? oh i forgot you’ve made your money from the x-rays that were not necessary … also two weeks they have the nerve to calm and say it’s time for a cleaning appt but you make me wait i oak one month for my tooth to be fixed !!! then i call and they say oh you can get an extraction or a root canal but we don’t do either of them well guess what —- i will NEVER go back nor refer anyone to her i am done and she is a money hungry crook !! liar !! i want to say i really like the secretary dawn she was a doll and had empathy , the dentist , NO not at all!!! you lost my and bf business!!! awful disgusting and upsetting!!! your terrible and unprofessional !!!!"
