"Been going her since kids were little. Use to bring children in and they allow them to be seen on together, Same day. Now they won’t see them together with no explanation. And you can’t get them seen for 3 months. Theres a lot more issues I had with their lack of competence and get my kid’s treatment but I don’t have the energy to even post the nonsense from them. The place is going downhill. The clearly don’t even read feedbacks and don’t care."

"Been going for a couple of years and two clean up routines resulted into crack teeth (both times!) . receptionist dealt with my complaint with a " find another dentist then" more than twice, reminded me, just in case I forgot. DON"T GO HERE."

"By far the worst dental experience I ever had. If i could give them 0 stars i would. Lets start with checking in, i am a cash paying repeat customer of a few years now, when i booked my appointment the price was $79 per person. My son and I had appointments together, when i checked in they require you to pre-pay. Gina at the front desk is the WORST. Rude, unprofessional and snotty. She told me my total was $250. I asked why, she said it was $125 a person. I told her that the price increased drastically and that the old price should be honored since that is what it was when i booked OR that they should have told me when confirming the appointment that the price increased. She pretty much told me too bad. A male employee came up to Gina and asked her a question where she barked back and belittled him in front of me as well as other staff members, when he was just asking for help. I then got called in for my cleaning where a dentist began my cleaning, asking me to hold the suction hose and help her. I was soaked, completely wet, my hair, my shirt, and the entire chair. I asked her to stop, she apologized and said they were short staffed, i asked to reschedule, she insisted finishing and got a girl to come in and help. My entire cleaning was about 14 minutes. The price of $125 was to include x rays - for each of us, which none of us received. I was so astonished at the poor service i received, when i went to the room my son was in, where i saw the male employee who Gina was rude to. I said to him that he should not have to be treated like that at work. The dentist came back in, i expressed all of my concerns with her, where she thanked me multiple times for letting her know, they then had the audacity to ask me to book my next appointments, i refused. I then got a letter in the mail weeks later "discharging me as a patient because i was rude to the staff" which was quite the opposite, the letter was also not signed by anyone. How unprofessional this entire experience was. I should receive a refund for my entire cleaning and the xray portion of my sons cleaning. STAY AWAY from this place at all cost. it really is a shame because Dr Virmani and Mimoza are amazing, they were the reason we came back for the few years that we did."
