You want to support local business but then businesses like this don't demonstrate even the basic customer support you'd get at an impersonal big box retailer."

"There aren't many places left like this anymore. If you are looking for a big box store, go elsewhere. this is small and family run. I went for the uhaul and got a nice clean truck. i think overall this is more farm store than uhaul center, uhaul just happens to be one of the things that they do. I get the funny feeling, though, that if i was to ask a question about chicken rearing i would get good, practical ol' yankee farmer kind of advice. This place will give you a good chance to see how a business used to be run. I think you have to slow down for a minute to appreciate that, but if you stop long enough you will see the value in it. These are the kind of places that deserve our support."
