"They gave us a mold infested, dirty room that reaked of cigarette smoke and had weird stains on the white bathroom towels. We asked for a room change and were denied. Very rude staff for many other reasons. This place went way downhill since it was a comfort inn. Will never go back again. We have many friends and family who have had similar experiences here."

"Definitely needs upgrading inside and out. Room had wallpaper, poorly applied, cracked bathroom tiles, and un-level floor. The shower curtain had been torn off the wall multiple times, poor cosmetic repairs. Mattress was borderline uncomfortable. Appeared they used two small bed frames to support the mattress. The rails stuck out from the end of the mattress by several inches. It's definitely a safety issue. For the price, I expect better. I have stayed in motel 6 that was better maintained and more comfortable."

"Stayed here for long overdue R&R. The property has a beautiful white gazebo & gorgeous lobby. Hot water was awesome! Tina, the Manager at the Front Desk was amazing. Not only does she look like a Princess, she made all our wishes come true.Very friendly & professional lady.We needed extra furniture for our dinner & she brought it to us herself. Housekeeping was great. Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. We were very comfortable as this property & the Staff made us feel like we were at home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it.When we checked out we booked a return reservation for my Birthday weekend. "For the price, it was perfect. Clean, quiet, and easy to get to. The housekeeping lady was amazing and asked personally if we needed more towels, etc. Unfortunately, the pool is closed. We did book it for the pool for the kids, but unfortunate things to do happen. Overall, it's a great place"

"So when we arrived, I was a little nervous based on reviews. The red flag was the person at the desk informing us of the beds being rumoured to not be made. So we took that into consideration. When we went into our first room, we checked everything. There were stains on the bed, I found a bug (Turns out it was from outside). We found cigarette stains. We informed the person at the desk who did apologize and switched our rooms. We then saw the other room which was cleaner but there was stuff under the bed and the bed overall was clearly not entirely clean. Just as a side note. If you stay here and don't smoke, they will charge you if they find cigarette holes (That aren't even yours, so inform them of this ASAP if you find any on the sheets). We ended up using our own blankets on top of the sheet. I would recommend staying elsewhere. Though the man was nice, I just wouldn't stay at this place again. It seems these places have a reputation for being uncleanly."
