"I ordered the kids pasta and meatballs. The guy said it came with “ two meatballs” but when I got home I discovered it was one meatball cut in half. I’m not upset about the one meatball, but if I ask how many meatballs it come with just say one meatball cut in half. Don’t lie to me and tell me it comes with two meatballs when it is really one meatball cut in half. Not worth it and the meatball was not even good. The guy who took my order was horrible especially since he lied and trying to be cheap, but the woman who cashed me out when I came to pickup my order was great. She was polite and friendly."

"Amazing food and very present staff. My only complaint is the crust is super hard which makes it hard for my mother to eat without her teeth but the flavor of everything is PHENOMENAL and it’s the best garlic wings I’ve had in a while they were cooked perfectly."

"Horrible customer service. I have a video of the lady who answers the phone here screaming at me to get out of the store because I asked to speak to the owner or at least a phone number she denied me and made me feel really intimidated like she was going to come jolting at me. I asked why she was screaming at me and telling me to leave and she replied because you swore at me on the phone last week. ???? What? I went outside and she came yelling behind me towards me saying she's calling police because I had a video of the altercation. And brought the phone out of the store yelling she's leaving acting like she was on the phone with police and never was apparently because I called Bristol PD they said no calls were made .. this lady needs help . Why would the owner keep this lady here when she's pulling business away. Vivaldi was our savior. They were amazing. They have amazing food my family ordered 46$ worth of food and felt better instead of getting a grinder that had no condiments on it and never made the way we asked.... No more LJ we are done."

"I love their boneless wings!! We get the honey bbq and garlic parm and they are melt in your mouth good. The Cobb salad is FULL and the ranch is up there with Chili's. Enjoy!"
