"My daughter and I have been patients there now 5-10 yrs w o an incident. Last year when I called to change my insurance 2 weeks before our appts, I was informed, the hygienist would not be there. Why are they not calling the patients as soon as they know? Now you need to wait to get r/s. They did this to me twice all while saying I did not need to wait. I could go somewhere else...Really? Is this how you treat patients? I work in healthcare, and scheduling to boot. You never disrespect patients that way. Never had a prob before. But right now I am so disgusted with Long Ridge and word of mouth is about 1/2 the of your business.Everyone I know will hear about the horrible way I was treated and awful way they run their practice"

"First I would like to say the providers here are very nice thats why I been comming to this practice for so long.However they cancelled my appointment last minute after they say I didnt confirm well i looked back on my phone and saw where I actually did confirm when I contacted the office to see if I could send proof of where I tried to confirm the appointment the gentlemen was very rude so as a patient who was very upset I asked how I could get my records they provided me with a email which I never emailed them I tried to call back to reschedule they refused bc I asked for the email but havent sent a email requesting records what a joke they have no compassion very rude which i am surprised bc I thought they were outstanding for customer service but the rudeness and coldness of how they would treat a regular patient is beyond me of course they will say we called and text several times I didnt like how they wouldnt even look at the proof from my phone of where I tried to respond I really needed that appointment and they cancel you with no remorse"

"I had a great experience on this office. They are honest. I went to 2 different dentists and they both said I needed a root canal, I went to Long Ridge Dental and Dr Rojano was able to save my tooth, without a root canal. Save me a lot of money and stress. Id definitely recommend, it’s no easy to find good and honest dentist. Besides that the staff is friendly and the assistants were very attentive."
