"Our family has utilized this office for thirteen years without issues. Dentists, hygienists, and medical assistants have all been extremely efficient and polite throughout the years. The office is very clean and welcoming. However, since our recent visit, I have come to the point that I could no longer ignore the fact that the front desk needs major improvement . The front desk staff are not as welcoming and pleasant as they should be during their interaction with patients.This is by far the least favorite part of my visit to this office. The front desk staff should be expected to be the first and last positive interaction. If the front desk personnel were more approachable then the office would be a five star facility. Please work on your customer service. Being polite and having a smile on your face goes a long way."
