"The front office is totally disorganized. They never sent in a claim of benefits covered estimate for work requested. It took them over a year when finally sent & then they had the wrong codes after all! When, I finally called them to speak about this, the woman at front desk said they don't take Liberty Dental. What, they covered the 1st visit. Always excuses. The dentist should have checked the estimate request if correct, like other dentist do in the field before sending out to insurance for pre-estimate. Now, they want to charge me for things they have not done correctly."
