"So frustrating. Messy administration portion. We had a 9 an appointment, waited almost a hour to be seen. The staff was okay but definitely not great. After discussing coverage and insurance for the visit, I find out I wasn’t covered…then that I am covered. My claim wasn’t submitted to my insurance company. They wanted me to pay…my insurance company told me to tel them to resubmit claim because it was never received…the office I went to was closed on the day Columbia dental decided to mention I was not covered ( two days before my next appointment) (that I waited two months for), the Manchester office gave me the run around all day giving me different answers each time I called. Just do not go here. Sunrise dental is 100 times better. Happy I had to switch in the end."

"The doctor was very cold and when I showed him what tooth broke off he said in an almost mocking tone that he can't tell which one I was talking about cuz they are all broken and decayed. As a dentist you can't tell which one completely broke off?? I felt like he was just trying to take a stab at me. Then after having it removed he told me he also had to remove bone because he didn't want to break the damaged teeth next to it and make me upset. Felt like another jab. He removed the tooth without pain and hopefully I don't have issues with the work but he really needs some bedside manners."

"Today was my first visit. The first people you see are the front desk. Morgan is respectful, helpful, efficient and so positive! So I thought "good so far!" The more important aspect for me is how the dental hygienist and doctor care for me. I was pleasantly surprised!! Firstly, both Diana, the dental hygienist, and Doctor were friendly, soft spoken, and took their time!! His name was Dr. Del Orbe. They explained ALL procedures that they were about to preform. I asked questions and they were more than happy to answer any questions and didn't have a look on their faces that answering questions was an inconvenience. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! I would absolutely RECOMMEND this dental office to everyone!"

"First I have to say I am petrified of the dentist, any and all dentists. I went to Columbia dental a while ago because I had not been taking proper care of my teeth. I needed full mouth extractions and upper and lower dentures. I am not going to lie the process of extracting teeth and quite a few of them is not a pleasant experience. But the entire staff including the dentist was non-judgmental and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. After about 4 months of different types of impressions and going through the motions I went for my appointment for my fitting and I could not have been happier. My smile is beautiful. No one can tell that I am wearing dentures. They have minor imperfections like teeth do and the dentist help me pick out the perfect shade. When I go out I don't have to hide behind my mask anymore. I can pull down my mask or take it off and smile and the amount of confidence that that office gave me is beyond words. There is no amount of thank yous that I could give them to let them know how grateful I am for everything that they have done to put my mind at ease throughout the whole process and bless me with a beautiful new set of teeth. I more than highly recommend this office for anything you need done. The staff is friendly and caring, unlike some places you are just another patient and at this Columbia dental in Torrington on East main Street they don't make you feel like that. They take the time to listen to you and explain if you need explaining or anything else that you might need no questions asked. This was a very long review but I cannot say enough about this office the people are amazing and the quality of service is amazing. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Thank you guys again for everything you have literally changed my life more than you know and I would recommend anybody to you guys in a heartbeat."
